You have the right to withdraw your registration within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to revoke your apartment search by means of an explicit statement (by e-mail, fax or post) and provide the following information: Your first and last names, address and contact details. Consequences of withdrawal
Should you withdraw your registration, we have to repay you any payments that we have received from you immediately, at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless a different agreement is explicitly made otherwise. In no instance will you be charged fees by MWZ 24  for this repayment.

Compensation
Should you confirm within the withdrawal period that our services are to begin, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, based on the date on which you notify us of your use of the right of withdrawal in respect to this contract and services already rendered, which corresponds to the total amount stated in the service contract.
